Bring Your Questions (and Answers) to Life with Video

Sometimes, showing is better than telling—and that’s where video comes in. Whether you're asking for help or offering a solution, a quick screen recording can make it easier for others to see exactly what’s happening. It helps clarify questions, speed up problem-solving, and gives others something they can easily follow or replicate.

Voice-over is totally optional. If you'd rather not narrate your workflow, that’s perfectly fine—your video can still be super helpful on its own!

Pro Tip: When sharing a video, embed it directly into your post instead of attaching it. That way, it plays right in the forum and makes things smoother for everyone.

To upload a video while posting:

1. Open a new message and click the video icon in your toolbar.
