The Industry Hubs are live!
We are beyond thrilled to announce the launch of the Industry Hubs, marking a huge leap forward in our modernization journey! The Industry Hubs feature brand-new experiences and components that bring meaningful content to the forefront, organizing our product forums by industry.
Why are Industry Hubs important?
Through extensive content and community experience audits, we discovered valuable industry viewpoints, product learning materials, and pre-purchase resources were being shared in forum topics. Because they were all published in the same format, it made these resources difficult to find. To address this, we launched an Industry Hubs experience which surfaces the variety of resources customers may seek, along with new ways to discover more.
Features included in the release:
- New Industry Hubs Experiences: Showcasing activities and resources across related products within respective industries.
- Visually Engaging Homepage: A refreshed and captivating homepage that displays the product forums by industry
- "All Communities" Page: Directory to make it easy to find all the product forums in our community
- Modernized User Group Directory: Effortlessly find both Autodesk-led and Customer-led user groups.
- Community-wide Secondary Navigation: Improved navigation for easy access to all our community destinations, including Gallery and AU Online.
Updates on the feedback we prioritized
Resolved and released
The following issues were resolved in the most recent release.

- Re-add reply numbers
- Re-add "date of last reply" on the topics list
- Show when posts have an attachment or link in it
- Make it easier to access bookmarks
- Improve the recommended/related events since some boards are showing outdated events
- 2 Reply buttons
- Set search filter based on where you are
- “Quick view” of user’s profile on hover is no longer displaying
- Search is defaulted to "All Community" instead of current board
- Enable sitewide view of the profile preview
- Pagination links were not showing as clickable
- “Copy link button” does not copy the link to the specific post
- User rank icons do not match when user replies to their own thread

We’re currently prioritizing what will be included in the next release and will share updates as soon as those plans are confirmed.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement throughout this journey. This marks the most significant change to our community since its launch in 2009, and we’re excited to see how it continues to grow with new members joining, new voices emerging, and even more types of content being shared.
