Retaining Wall Subassembly meeting the Existing Ground
Because Civil 3D does not process vertical faces in the construction of surfaces the way the retaining walls are defined defeats their use. Either make Civil 3D to use vertical elements or rebuild the subassemblies to have a slant on the outside wall so that it would work correctly. I would prefer the first one also.
