Keep "Civil3d as AutoCAD" as a native AutoCAD application without any C3D overhead, even if Country Kits are installed

Keep "Civil3d as AutoCAD" as a native AutoCAD application without any C3D overhead, even if Country Kits or other Civil 3d enhancements are are installed!

We need native AutoCAD, too.

I do not get a native AutoCAD application any more (Tested using Civil 3D 2022 with DACH and Country Kit Germany installed), every time AECC things get loaded. Using "Civil3D as AutoCAD" from the windows start menu.

I posted some detail here: Solved: Re: Using Civil3D 2023 as AutoCAD - Autodesk Community - Civil 3D

The behavior is not related to the Civil 3D or the Civil 3D as AutoCAD profile and is not specifically an issue with the Country Kits.  What is occurring is AutoCAD is auto-loading the .bundles that the CK's use to add tools.  This behavior is as-designed per the description here:

About Installing and Uninstalling Plug-In Applications | AutoCAD for Mac | Autodesk Knowledge Networ...

This is an issue that the AutoCAD team would have to address by adding the ability to pick which ones load or do not load per each AutoCAD Profile.
