Work won't Display

Hi All,

I saved and exited out of my work. A few minutes later I opened the file to change something, and my work wont display. Even zooming to one of the surfaces, nothing in the model space or layout is showing up. All my layers are turned on and thawed.

My work shows up in ACAD however, so I'm not sure what's running in the background of Civil3D. Any suggestions are helpful!

Thanks

Not much to go on but try:

Plan > World

Visual Style to 2DWireframe

Turn off Hardware acceleration

Update Graphics Card drivers

Select all in problem drawing - Paste into new drawing from template.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried pasting into a new drawing template, which worked temporarily then found myself back at square one when re-opening the drawing.

I can view objects in the isolated object viewer, just not in the model space viewport.

It sounds like the next best bet is to update the Graphics drivers. Have you tried turning off Hardware Acceleration?

Hello,

sounds like something i did.

make sure your work is in model space and you are not looking in paper space.

if you do not have a title block or view port in paper space it is easy to miss things.

good luck,

It could help if you posted your drawing here.

Open the MapTaskPane, check the Map Base display setting, your dwg will then display the objects.
