Why doesn't the online map display?

Hi! when I use an online map, it does not appear on the screen. what's the problem? There are no mistakes during the process! during process doesn't cad is not show any errors! (Civil 3d 2020)

Best to post one of your drawings where Bing Live Maps doesn't work.

Did you assigned a coordinate system to your drawing? What coordinate system: AZER, GK-8, GK9, Pulkovo42, UTM84-39N? Or was it another coordinate system?

Does the Bing logo appear in lower right corner of modelspace?

no reaction at all. and my wgs84 39n coordinate system. I did this on previous versions, but everything worked out. and now on the 2020 version it doesn’t work.

This has worked for me in the past when the online mapping stops working.

1. Delete the file LoginState.xml in C:\Users\"You"\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services
2. Restart the software

I was having this trouble too. For some reason civil 3d wouldn't let me stay signed in, but if I signed in on the Autodesk Desktop App first (like the prior A360 app), then Civil 3D 2020 would already be logged in and stay logged in and let me bring in bing maps. Hope this helps.
