Hi all,
I have a rather complex scheme with a stormwater network that is crossing over itself. I need to add these crossing pipes onto my profiles to show clearance, but is it possible to stop these crossing pipes interfering with the band labels in the profile?
I assume the answer is no and to manually delete the labels. I don’t wish to split my network.

A solution I have found is to duplicate the profile view, have one profile view showing the normal spanning pipe with regular labels etc, have the second profile view only showing the crossing pipe, then move the profiles views on top of each other. It is a bit crude but it will do for now. I didn’t want to draw any pipes manually in case the design is updated later and I forget that the pipe I added is hand drawn and not dynamic. Bad data is potentially more dangerous than no data.
Copy of profile showing crossing pipe. I left the surfaces on as well to ensure profiles views are perfectly aligned. If there is an alignment issue the surfaces will not match and will be easier to spot.

In short, no. But you have found a work around.
If they were in separate networks, then you could, as you tell the band what network to source pipe data from. But apart from turning off label visibility, you cannot select which pipes within a network the band will pull the data from.
