Slope Staking Report Not Generating Slopes

Hello,

Every time I generate a slope staking report in C3D 2020 where I have grading for the entire width of the median I get 0.00% slopes from EC to P2 (highlighted in yellow) but it shouldn't be because EC and P2 are at different elevations.  As shown in the picture below:

However, when I don't have grading for the whole width of the median the report generates the slopes correctly: 

Has anybody encountered this and knows how to generate the missing slopes or what might be causing this issue?
