same data but c3d draw 2 different locations

The data in .xls file is same for drawing a line with "LL" and points with "NE" commands but on screen the boths commands draw in different locations ie in RED CIRCLE & YELLOW CIRCLE is the correct location

What is wrong with me How can get the same at same location

Whether you are calling it Northing and Easting or Latitude and Longitude, the data in your xls are all Latitude/Longitude. Some columns are in decimal degrees and others are in degree minutes and seconds.

Treat all these data as LL and set your drawing's ambient settings to the property LL type (decdeg vs. dms) and you should be able to correclty merge the drawings.

I can't open your 2017 drawings, but looking at your Excel data, I agree with Tim.

The improved data is attached

The B/W data is for Long/Lat (LL) and the red is for Northing/ Easting (NE)

and the position is still same

Columns A and B are in Degrees and Decimal Minutes.
Columns I and P are in Degrees Minutes Seconds.
Columns R through V are in Decimal Degrees, not Northing/Easting.

For the black numbers, Columns A - P agree, albeit with different formats.

The red numbers do NOT agree with the the black. N30D59'23.64" does not equal 30.990673 and E72D10'13.68" does not equal 72.172428.

So which columns contain the original data?

I'm guessing the first column of your data is Degrees-Minutes, and is the original data. Does this look like it's in the right area?

In the attached drawing I imported the Degrees-Minutes points. Notice the UTM84-43N Northings and Eastings.
