PIPE NETWORK LABELS BOLD

I know why my labels for pipe networks print bold. Elevation of part. Is there a way to fix that?  Is it a True Type font thing? I can always explode them but...

look in the style, check the font for that component. Then check the text component editor's format tab, highlight the text and make sure the little bold button isn't pressed/highlighted.

If its a shx font (say simplex or txt), plot styles assigned will effect the appearance, make sure there are no color overrides or color by block/by layer issues in both the above places.

This has been an issue for several releases.

It can be very random and when an shx font is used the problem usually goes away.

Yea, I checked all settings again.  Nothing specifying bold fonts.  My company likes to use Calibri.  If it were Romans or bold font it works okay.  Thanks for the replies.  I knew it had been an issue.  Hoping someone had figured some way to overcome it.
