Import Styles and Settings not working

When I try to use the Import Styles command, no window ever appears asking me to select which styles I'd like to import/update/delete.  Instead, the command prompt reads back something like this:

Duplicate definition of block Storm Manhole ignored.
Duplicate definition of block Flared End Section - Profile ignored.
Duplicate definition of block Flared End Section - Plan ignored.
Successfully imported 1973 Styles and 1420 Settings.
-1972 Styles were also imported as a result of being referenced.
0 Styles were deleted.
Command: *Cancel*

Note that it actually goes through ever block in the drawing and finds that they are duplicates and ignores them (I'm not sure if this existed in the command before or not).  But then it claims to have successfully imported settings, and then a negative number of settings (Nothing imports at all).

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've already tried importing from multiple different drawings, running "audit" on the drawing I'm trying to import to, restarting cad, and restarting the computer.

Never had this problem before and I use the command all the time.

Yup, that'll do it.

It's funny, the description of that command is about the in place text box for leaders and qleaders.  How was anyone supposed to guess that that would have been the issue?
