Attached is the sample drawing it is EXPORTED and FLATTEN. I cannot able to turn off the symbols because they are on layer "0". If you do PROPERTIES they are on the correct layer. Thank you

Here I find the symbol on the layer V-SITE-VEGE-NODE and can set off its visibility without problem.
But I only checked with plain AutoCAD. Perhaps it is a problem with CIVIL 3D, so I can not help, sorry.

Hi @phogak01,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Thanks for posting your drawing.
"Insert point to create SYMBOLS - EXPORT (drawing) - FLATTEN."
I don't understand this. More details please on what you did.
"...turn off the OBJECT and it wont turn off..."
Are you trying to turn off the layer that the COGO Point is on? Or just the visibility of the COGO Point?

Yes I'm trying to turn off the objects but its not on COGO Points its on normal Autocad.
Thank you
@phogak01,
There's definitely some strangeness going on. Those are all "Survey" Points inserted from the Survey database. The _All Points Point Group shows "None" for both point symbols and labels.
The only thing I can suggest is export all 3883 points and import them into a new drawing.

In plain AutoCAD the symbols appear as Proxies.
And their visibility can be disabled.
What exactly do you do?

Hi Guys,
ACTIONS DONE = CIVIL3D DRAWING - EXPORT - FLATTEN
Sorry I think I send the wrong drawing file. Here is the new one. Trying to turn off object but it wont work because it says it was on layer "0". But on the the properties it was on the right layer.
If you want to turn off the visibility of Layer "0" this layer must not be the current layer.
Obviously you (or whoever or whatever 😉 ) disabled the view of this warning message:
[EDIT]: Perhaps set the system variable EXPERT to 1 will help to see this message(?)
After you set an other layer to be the current one, you will get what you expect.
If this doesn't solve your problem, tell us which objects are the problematic. (I had to do a long search until I found a symbol where the problem occurs).
" ... it says it was on layer "0". But on the the properties it was on the right layer." doesn't make sense for me. I found 15 block references on Layer "0". Is that the "right layer"?

SYMBOLS = (BLOCK PROPERTIES) - On the properties it was on the right layer.
SYMBOLS = (BLOCK REFERENCE-2) - Try to turn it off and this was the messages I got.
Thank you
@phogak01,

I still don't understand what you're trying to do. Are you trying to turn off the layer "V-SITE-VEGE"? Are you clicking Off or Freeze? Please describe exactly what command you're using and what buttons you're clicking.

We told them to use LAYER MANAGER but they said its to much process for them because there is a lot of layer and they are lazy to look for it LOL.
BTW thank you for your effort guys
Obviously the LAYOFF command seems to be buggy, indeed. I was not aware of that until now.
But you don't need to search for the layer in the layer manager. As you can see in my video, after selecting the object the layer can easily be tuned off in the layer list.
