Need some help with some settings

I'm running 2013 civil 3d English Imperial.

In the toolspace, under the drawing name, under edit label styles, plan readability, readability bias - value is set to (dms) I want to change it to 000°00'00". I can't change it there and it's under point styles also, there has to be a setting somewhere else to change this, I just do not know where it is.

And my other question, I have and made my text styles in the manage text styles, but they do not show up in the label text option under label styles. There is nothing there? Do I have to make them all in the label style composer also?

The Plan Readability angle type is read from command: EDITDRAWINGSETTINGS > Ambient Settings Tab > Angle.

The text style your seeing listed on Format Tab of label style composer is actually being read from the "General" Tab of that same Style.

Change it as desired here.
