Load/Unload Customizations window

Hi all

Load/Unload Customizations window will appear every time when i open my autocad civil3D 2017. Please help me with this issue.

Can you screenshot the event viewer windows the only partially shown, along with the full path on right hand side of what is visible. I think that holders the key

I don not think that's the problem, event viewer panorama appears cause of a syntax file error (pay item file). It can be solvable.

ok that's one thing ruled out.  But I've noticed that on the command line there is a _cuiunload command being called.  Can you expand the command window and screenshot that so we can see what is going on prior to the command being called.

Hi all

Problem as been solved

I reset my autocad civil3D settings to default.

Please go through attached screenshot.

Now everything back to original. All i need to customize my workspace.
