Generate the Volume cut fill

I am  attaching a link where you will get formation surface and OGL surface Please generate the cut fill volume in civil3d, I have been tried lot of times in my civil3d software when I am going in Volume dashboard and keeping OGL as a base surface and formation as a comparison surface fatal error is appearing in my civil3d software please  I will be a very glad if any body generate the volume and send me via link if file size more than requirement here.

Syed,
I had some time this morning, so here's what I did:
1. Import both XML's to create Surfaces.
2. Use Data Extraction to create XYZ files for both surfaces.
3. Create RCP files in ReCap from the XYZ files.
4. In a new metric drawing re-create both surfaces from ReCap point clouds.
5. Then Volumes Dashboard works.
