File x-ref insertion off

I changed my template prototype and now an xref'd file insertion is off. I put all the file units to US survey feet but it the insertion is still off.

Here is link to files and PDF illustrating the issue:

I am struggling to know what issue I am supposed to be looking for... Do you have a screenshot or anything showing where it is supposed to be?

I tried to illustrate the issue in the PDF. If you look at the sewer lines, that might help. If you notice the sewer line option that parallels the project boundary, in one file it parallels the project offsite(this is wrong). The correct location is parallelling the property line within the project boundary.

Check the BASE value in the xref. I would expect this to be 0,0,0.  To check open the xref and type in BASE.

I can't look at the files right now, will try later.

Hi David,
Thanks for posting your drawings. Makes things much easier to check.
I haven't figured out your PDF yet. Which drawing is your base, and which drawing are you Xref'fing into your base?

I think I may have figured it out. I was using units of "Feet" in some drawing and "US Survey Feet" in others. I have changed all to "US Survey Feet" and will use that going forward.

David,
Glad you got it figured out. In your drawings, the difference between the 2 types of feet is about 25'. (Multiply your coords by 0.000002)

Thanks. You are right on! The difference was about 25ft.
