diverting first flush in Hydraflow

In the HYDRAFLOW program, I am using the diversion tool to take out the first flush from my incoming HydraFlow and routing that thru a treatment structure. The remainder flow will get routed around the structure into the downstream pipe.  The incoming hydrograph I want to split has a flow of 71.93 cfs, with volume of 197,407.

For diversion 1, I am routing 61,301 cf into a treatment facility.  That  output for diversion 1 shows a flow of 69.05 with that volume.

Diversion 2, shows 71.93 cfs and volume of 131,231.

The flows that are showing with each diversion are the same/inaccurate.  However, the volumes seem reasonable.  I am worried the output (flow wise) is not what it needs to be as I route this thru the system.

Any help would be appreciated.
