Details explanations of Data shortcut XML

Anyone know a good resource, that would give details explainations about the  xml file associate to a DS?

Are you trying to create a DS to the xml fie itself? I don't think you can do that. Import the xml file to a drawing, associate that drawing to your project and then you can create the DS to the surface (persay) in the drawing. HTH.

Just like I say in my initial statement, looking at detail explanations about the XML file and what each entrie mean.

Do a search in the help for xml files.

I don't know much about XML (Extensible Markup Language) but it looks like it contains identifiers, paths and settings for the shortcuts.

If you wanted to modify it. You's need to learn XML and how this would apply to the program. Is there anything specific your trying to do. Or is this gernal curiosity?

Have a little bit of knowledge about XML, but stil need info about the tags and their signification, Some are obvious other.........juste need to know their signification and the value they can have.

I'm no programmer, but XML/along with a couple other "programming languages"  was the basis of XLS Style Sheets... etc.....  ( Just evolved with it don't try to grab it all just understand enough to get me to my end goal)
