Description Keys Not Scaling

I've setup a fairly basic description key set for survey field points. I've trying to get the automatic scaling working for trees, but it just will not work. Oddly enough, if I manually set the x-y scale of a point, then apply description keys, the x-y scale returns to *Property not set*. Any guesses on what i am doing wrong here?

That looks exactly like how I have my trees set up.  Maybe it's in the point style?  What Size option are you using?  Mine is set for Use fixed scale.

Set to fixed scale as well. It's odd, I know for sure that the software is recognizing parameter 1, it's using it to build the full description text. But no matter what setting i make the x-y scale is not applied, and if manually set it's knocked out when deception keys are applied.

You should have that set to use drawing scale I do believe, then define it at 0.083 and then it should see your 24 and scale it by that amount.

Note: All my symbols use drawing scale, that way you enter a true height of the object and the annotation scale multiplies the scale by the defined height.
