C3D 2015 Geolocation unknow commands

I know we've beat this topic to death but my geolocation features stopped working.  I cannot get it to appear on the ribbon or execute any geolocation commands. I am out of ideas.  Should I just reinstall the program?

Hi, again, Dave.  Still nothing.  I appreciate your efforts.  I've tried multiple versions of these same instructions and I'm not getting anywhere.  I'm going to flip it over to the experts in our IT department.  I haven't annoyed them in days.

Yup, on to IT. I've noticed that the vast majority, if not all, of the problems with Bing Live Maps is not the AutoCAD program itself but User Login and Network issues. Good luck to you.

Great.  Now I'm having trouble posting on the group.  I'm instructed to "correct highlighted errors and try again later".  This day is rapidly going downhill.
