You can use Dynamo to develop an equation to use the alignment elements.

I started a similar project last year for sewer pipe lateral calculation but I stopped.

There is a good resource you can find here in the following link

Camber Feedback Thread - Civil3D - Dynamo (dynamobim.com)

Hi hkam,

You can do this from:

1- Setting (in Toolspace) > Alignments > Label Styles > Tangent Intersection

2- Right click (Expressions) > select New, and give it a name, inside Expression area paste this line >

  {PI Extended Raw Station}-{Curve Start Station} , and ok.

3- Now select your alignment > add labels (at Top left) > add Alignment labels > select :

  Feature > Alignment

Label type > Point of Intersection

Point of intersection label style > Create new (Give it name)

4- From Layout tab > General (Give it name), Text > Contents > select (Three dots) on right, delete everything on right screen first, on the left from the properties list select the name you typed in step 2 (Don't forget the insert arrow), make your setting and save

5- Now select the curve you need to add that distance

Hope it was useful.

Ok I got it.

In Tool space> Settings> Right click file name> Edit drawing settings> abbreviations, you will find these:
- Alignment Geometery Point Text.
- Alignment Geometery point Entity Data.
- Superelevation.
- Cant.
- Profile.

Hope that what you asked for.
