Drag the label with marker

I created a alignment label style type "offset-station" with the components: Block (marker) + Line + Text

When I drag the label, the marker is not anchored to the arrow.

Is there way to anchor the marker to the arrow?

Your marker should not be a part of the station offset label, by using block and line components. The marker is under it's own category called marker style.

The station offset label itself should only have one component, the text.

The component line is included in marker style? If so, how can the line be perpendicular to the alignment?

I thought you were dragging the label, and wanted the line and arrow to be part of the dragged state. If I understand you correctly, you don't want a leader, you want a perpendicular line. In that case, you should indeed add a line component to the station offset label. But the marker should still be separate

I need to drag just only to avoid overlapping labels.

Sometimes when I export the file to CAD, the markers (with own style) are not exported.
