Could you please try logging in and using Character Generator now?

The development team informed me that any login issues or errors should be resolved now. From my testing a few moments ago, I was able to log into my account and use it without errors. 😊

The original issue was resolved by the development team concerning errors when customizing new/current characters.

Are you still experiencing errors while creating new characters or customizing current ones?

If so, could you please try clearing your current Internet browser cache:

1. Sign-out of the Character Generator service.
2. Clear the browser cache. (E.g. How to clear the Google Chrome Browser Cache)
3. Sign back in to the Character Generator service.

The error still remains. It's impossible to log in. All my work is unaccessible.

When you hit the error, refresh the window and sign in again, you will then access the software. There is a timing issue with authentication, the login has worked buy displays this error. Press refresh and press sign in again you will then be able to proceed.
