Hi
I've searched a lot for solution but I don't think any of them helped. Or maybe I just misunderstood them. I am currently using ASUS G751Y with 24gb RAM and GTX 980M, but I believe my laptop is not the issue here. I attached a video clip of my problem. I really need this software for my research.
Thank you!

@Anonymous,
This is probably a known issue due to a bad download.
Is ''browser download'' the same as ''web install''? Because that is the installer i downloaded from autodesk
Hi @Anonymous,
No. They are not the same. Please see the following screencast: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/screencast/Main/Details/9b086192-54ce-447f-9da3-fcd5cb7bb1de.html
Hi @Anonymous,
See the attached image.
Thanks,
Hello everyone,
If people are still having issues with CFD 2019, I've found a more robust method to ensuring that it works, especially if you're using a Education/Student License:
For people who are new to the CFD program, I do highly recommend following a tutorial provided by Autodesk which is accessible on the tab of the home-screen of the CFD program.
I'm also quite aware a lot of people use this CFD program for the F1inSchools competition - good luck to those out there. There are easy ways to gather data from CFD instead of just using it for your own visual appeal in which case feel free to ask me.
