I have been using fusion360, right when it first came out I have used the CAM. I design mostly machineable parts and Sheetmetal. I found interest in the simulation, and recently found out about CFD. I do not have a clue what I am looking at but am learning as I go. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can help me progress a little faster!
I have a model of the suppressor already converted to fluid volume, simplified and exported to CFD. Ultimately I would like to travel a solid thru and see the turbulence behind it and the baffles. I can then adjust my baffle spacings according to the caliber/host.
What specific data do I need to start with? Barrel pressure? bullet velocity?
