Unless I am missing something, I do not see a way to share a Revit model with a consultant to link into their file, without giving them access to download my model. When I set the consultant permissions to "View Only" in my project folder containing my model, they are unable to link the model into their Revit file. When I set the permission level to "View + Download", they are able to link the model into theirs, but they also can download the source file from BIM 360 Document Management.
I was thinking that the "View Only" permission level would do this, but I tested this out yesterday and our project folder was not available when our consultant tried to link theirs.
Any input on this? I would like to be wrong.
