Define Portrait title-block

Is it possible to define portrait title block?

Title block information is located horizontally at the bottom of the sheet. Not vertically align.

It shouldn't matter if the document is a landscape or a portrait - you can define the title-block area using the crop tool and then save the new title-block layout as a new template to use with other documents using the portrait orientation.
