It would be beneficial to have an overview as Project Admin of the subscriptions to certain folders.
Bim360 and ACC Docs are currently too focused on individual users rather than their corresponding companies. As long as each user individually subscribes to folders, other colleagues from the same company may not be aware of which folders are being followed.
This becomes especially inconvenient in cases of personnel turnover within the company. For example, if person 1 has an active subscription on a particular folder but person 2 does not, and later person 1 changes roles or, ideally, leaves the company, it would be helpful for the project admin to notify person 2 that the subscription is no longer active.
Therefore, it would be beneficial to implement a system that associates subscribes with companies rather than individual users. This way, the project admin can have better visibility and ensure that the right folders are followed by all relevant members of a specific company. Additionally, it would simplify the process of managing subscriptions when there are changes in personnel within the company.
