Remove user as invitee on meeting minutes when they are removed from a project

A team member who had been invited to meetings (ACC > Build > Meetings) left the project.  When they were removed I expected them to be removed from all aspects of ACC, including invitation from the meeting minutes.  However, their name was still appearing on meeting minutes, we had to manually remove them from invitee list (where they appeared as "Null Null") to remove them from the minutes.   See image below.  If there are situations where they shoudln't be removed it should at least be an option to do so when deleting the person from the project team.
