A feature that would be really nice is a way to get unified text in entries for 360 field issues. For example, three different people on my team phrased "Install access panel" differently. This makes it difficult to sort by issue name and make sure the right people are assigned and notified. When we have over 700 items per floor, this becomes a big deal and takes a lot of time to make sure the right people are assigned to the right issue because it is hard to batch edit mistakes. If the verbage "Install access panel" is already in the software, when I start typing the word "install" it would be awesome if a dropdown menu with all the other descriptions starting with "install" pop up.
