When doing a transmittal and selecting different files from different folders and subfolders, include the folder structure in the zip file created for the transmittal. Many times that folder structure is as important as the files themselves. Well, not quite, but almost. Give the option for the folder structure even if you are only choosing files from one folder. The user may want the zip file to contain that folder name for simplified extraction.
Give us the option to include the folder structure or not. Some people may not want that all the time.
