Dear Autodesk,
To be able making BIM360 Document a real document management tool (besides office integration) you need to be able to read the file name and fill in meta-data (columns) by the file name.
Just a random example, you have a file name structure like:
{code}_{discipline}_{company}_{group}_{filename}.extension
In Document management, you can now make the columns 'Code', 'discipline', etc.
The thing we are missing is the ability to say when a file gets uploaded the first part (to the first _) needs to be in column x.
So when you upload a file named: '20.00_construction_faky_contract_filename.pdf'.
Then these columns should be filled in automatically.
