While using project synch for BIM360 Docs and Vault, datasets are not synchron in real-time. The minimum time period of bidirectional synch is about one hour.
Furthermore it is not possible to trigger the scheduled synch manually, if it is needed instantly. For example our customer wants to synch a new dataset from Vault to BIM360 immediately, but it is not possible to synch the whole folder.
The only way to synch manually is to select and upload/download all datasets in the folder und sub-folders. This way is very uncomfortable. However there is no possibilty to synch bidirectional. It is only possible to upload or download selected data separately.
In fact it would be more comforable to get an option for an instant bidirectional synch (scheduled synch) of a selected folder or sub-folder.
