While using project synch for BIM360 Docs and Vault, datasets are not synchron in real-time. The minimum time period of bidirectional synch is about one hour.
Furthermore there is no "manual" ability to compare in a simply way the versions between both systems.
For example a system property in Vault which could show the related BIM360-Version.
If you want to work with Vault dataset, you should ensure that is equal to the latest BIM360-Version!!! However an update could be done in BIM360 a few minutes ago which has not been synchronised to Vault at the time of processing. Only to be mentioned: The usecase is thinkable the other way round.
It would be a great improvement to get BIM360 Docs and Vault datasets synchron at real-time.
Alternatively/additionally it would be useful to get a reliable indication in Vault and BIM360 that the version is synchron to the counterpart system.
