When creating and managing markups, currently it is set to when the markup is made public, all members with view permissions to that folder can see the markups. The only other option to hide the markup from view is to archive it which can still be seen if the filter is adjusted to show archived markups. This causes certain projects to need to create duplicate versions of files in multiple folders to control who can see markups. This can cause confusion on which file needs to be worked with. The idea is to have more visibility options or permissions for Markups specifically to hide them from view for certain members, roles, or companies instead of having to rely on not creating a markup and sharing it on a file in a multiple different folder locations.
