ACC Project Template: Ability to add files within Files Module

When creating a project template, add the functionality to pre-populate folders with standard files; for example SOP or Code of Conduct documents.

This can already be done in BIM360 docs, its unnecessary hardship to have to start from scratch every single time when Autodesk are trying to migrate companies from Docs to ACC. There should be at least the same functionality, if not more instead of less. This makes no sense.
