When we use the share functionality from ACC Docs, we get a (public) link that we can send to customer or partner.
The link URL returns a web interface from which we can either select mutliple files and then dowload them all at once. In this case, we get a zip file and this is what most people would have expected. However, you can also dowload each file individually using the appropiate button. Then you also get a zip file but only for this single file. We would have expected to get this single file with its original file extension. It only adds some more burden to extract it with no added value. Moreover, some anti-virus software doesn't like zip file and some customers are not very familiar with zip files extraction. It would ease a lots the customer experience to directly get the file(s) (pdf in our case) without extra postprocessing.
