Aero Spiral Galaxy

Hi All, 

Just curious what would be the best method to create a spiral sim with an aero fluid, similar to a spiral galaxy.

I need it to collide with an object at the center floating ambiently, then spiral out from there and collide with a container of some sort. Have been trying to use a spinning object with an attract_repulse_influence, and attempted spinning the container the fluid was in; but nothing seems to work well so far for the streaky galaxy look.
