Stuck at spinning circle -- interface never comes on

If I click the Autodesk App int the tray, a square window opens. It is white with a blue spinning circle in the center.  The circle never goes away and the app's interface does not appear.

 

My most recent install was Max 2018 Update 1.

Thanks for your feedback.

 

Please try this

  • Exit ADA
  • Stop AdAppMgr Service
  • %Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
  • Restart ADA.

 

Still you have problem, please try this,

Hi Davision,

 

It seems that your Autodesk Desktop Application installation has become corrupted.

Could you please try these steps:

 

  1. Exit the ADA from the system tray icon.
  2. Open the task manager and stop the AdAppMgr Service, under the services tab.

  3. Delete the SDS folder (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\SDS).

 

If this doesn't solve your issue you should reinstall the ADA:

 

  1. Exit the ADA from the system tray icon.
  2. Uninstall the ADA from the control panel.
  3. Install the latest ADA from this location: http://www.autodesk.com/ada-supportinstall
