Autodesk Account Edits

Being the Support Manager for a very large, worldwide corporation, it sure would be nice to have more "editability" on the Account page.

If a user changes their name due to marriage or whatever. I can't update such in their account. I have to delete their current account as well as get their email changed (or use a different email).

This is about to be a massive issue here as everyone's emails are now being changed corporate-wide.

This means (as far as I am aware of) I need to recreate everyone's account with the new email seeing I'm not able to modify this on the accounts page. Lord help you if you mistype something.

Can we please get more edit options, please, please, please?

Hi Jim,

You may consider using csv file, download current user lists > copy to notepad.exe > replace your company domain > Re-upload in account page. 

But I guess you have to re-assign license access for each user.
