When customers switch from Maintenance to Subscription the Autodesk management site requires a whole new setup under the By User or By Product section.
Autodesk should help automate the process by providing an internal tool to port users from the Classic User Management section into the new By User section.

Thank you for the feedback! Development of a bulk import capability for the new user management is in progress and will be available for you to use for the switch. You will be able to export users from Classic user management using the existing export capability, and then import those users to the new user management.
