I have had this issue come up alot with the new collection packages. Users have access to different software in the collections and toolsets, but they are not sure what they are. The services in the portal you an expend out the link and it will give you a high level overview of what it is and how it can be used. I would love to see this also on the software so our customers can get more of an idea of what the software can do or at least the overview of it.
