Allow more than 1 Software Coordinator per license

Hello,

In classic user management currently a Contract Manager can have one Software Coordinator per serial number. This means that if you have multiple serial numbers you can have a different Software Coordinator on each one.

We are currently working on enhancing this experience for subscribers with single-user access. Soon you will be able to have an unlimited number of secondary admins to help manage your users.
