Within Autodesk Account, have a project tab where the admin can assign the serials or contract number, number of seats. They can create multiple project names and assigned accordingly. If we can add on a attachment function will be great. They can attach PO number (this is usually being used as a reference to their project budget), or any other additional information.

This feature would allow you to put your users into groups and assign them to seats based on their group. As the admin you would be able to decide what each group is based on - in your case you could have a different group for each project. You would then be able to see how many seats a specific project is using and how many people are working on the project. Is this feature something that you think would help address your needs? Do you have any suggestions for how we should build groups?
