mandatory entry data for some properties

Hi

I would like to do , Users have a mandatory entry data for some properties field when they placed equipment on model

The mandatory entry choices should be a checkbox in the property to turn it on or off - like Visibility and Read Only is currently - so that the user can define what is mandatory and what is not.
