In my project same component is shown 2 times in the tool palette. Is there any way to remove the duplicating component from tool palette?

That is likely due to these components have different family name, just make sure these have same family and it will only show once.
In P3D 2025 you can set this so that there are no more duplications

I figured out. In a particular pipe component has different ITEM CODE written. After making same ITEM CODE for all sizes, that issue was resolved.
Earlier first pipe has some item code written. after clearing that issue is gone
