HOW CAN I LOCK PIPING LINE WITH COMPONENAT (LINE LOCK)

I WANT TO LOCK MY ROUTED PIPE LINES & ONLY OPTION IS

LOCK/ UNLOCK PLACEMENT but this option locked only placement, i want to restrict modifications in routed pipe 

can we lock all lines to restricts modification & placement?? 

any other option please suggest

When you create a pipe with line number, it creates a layer for that line number.
You can lock that layer.

In the data manager, you can lock a pipe line as well.
I suggest doing this as this is the most appropriate solution.
I only use the layer locking when Im still working on the drawing, when Im finish I lock it in the data manager.
