Autocad Data manager palette missing

Hi, 

i downloaded the latest version of Plant 3d (2025) and clicking Data manager doesn't pop up the data manager palette like it used to in the old version. I tried the troubleshooting using the CUI and modifying the palette properties but it didn't help. 

The command line shows the datamanager command was run, but no errors or indication in the following lines.

Any tips on how to get the data manager? the main reason is to be able to export all the equipment and instruments in a large P&ID.

i got it to work. I was going to delete the post but in case anyone had the same issue - i am running two screens. i disabled one screen and it popped up. something about extending screens made it disappear.
