Dear @Koosha.yousefi6ZMHP ,

Could you please describe your task in more detail because access to the catalogue data via SQL is not available in AutoCAD Plant 3D

That is a picture of SQLite Expert which you can find and download for free from the internet. To open an .acat file just open a database and set the filetype to 'All Files *.*'

Thank you very much for the answers.

The main reason Im looking into this is:
How is this possible?
I have checked the PartFamilyId and CatalogPArtFamilyID

you are looking at the PnPGuiD of the proces line not of the elbows. If they belong to the same line number they will have the same Procesline PnPGuiD. If they have a different line number it will differ.

Thank you guys for your replies.

The issue is following:

Adding two lines Pipe -> 45 elbow -> Pipe (spec PN01CM1S01)
Pipe -> 90 elbow -> pipe (spec PN01CM1S01)
highlighting both - > chaning spec to spec PN01CS1B01 and both change spec and nothing happens to the elbow. (Elbow 45 stays 45 and 90 stays 90)

Then I have created 2 elbow for myself.
Same thing with Spec test1

And when trying to change to test2 the 90 changes but not 45.
When I Remove the second pipe on the 45 elbow end and change the spec it then changes to 90.

Im wondering, what am i doing wrong here? how can those out of box specs solve this without any issues?

Thank you again!

do you have a corresponding 45 in the spec where you are changing to? is it elbows or bends? are they the same in both specs?

@Michiel.Valcke

At this moment they are basically the same components in two different specs. Elbows!

Im getting this error.
Error encountered during substitution. Port mismatch error.
The ports are correct. Elbow BV and pipe PL.

Its the exact same on the out of the box specs.

Yes, BV, pressure class 3.

Can you share a screenshot of the actual error message? Is it a port mismatch or is the position no longer aligned?
