Dear @mohammedhewieg ,

the error description is a bit thin, but if the end connections are configured correctly, it works very well.

PS. Which error message?

Error: Cannot connect parts. Flanged connection failed due to the properties mismatch. E1.NominalDiameter=E2.Nominal Diameter AND E1.PressureClass-E2.PressureClass"

this is the error that appears when i try to connect S.W flange to an inline instrument such as flow meter how can i solve it ?

Which units are you working with in this AutoCAD Plant 3D project?
Are the components in the pipe specs all in the same unith mm or inch?
Are the connections of your components all identical?
NominalDiameter
PressureClass
SW flange and inline instrument?

Attention!
SW flanges are only available up to 1 1/2" or DN40
Therefore you will get an error message if you move outside the Nominal Diameter Range
